Ok, here's my photo. I had the surgery almost 9 months ago so the scar is much lighter than it used to be. My cat wanted in the picture as well, but I couldn't get him to do the john travolta pose.

So does the shirt go to Rain in Colorado next?

Hey everyone,

I do apologize about being gone for a while there been working way too much but that is changing at the end of this month when I transfer over to the Open Heart unit at Baptist east where I work at and I was wondering who and how do I need to get in touch with about getting one the shirts? My surgery was done back in Nov.2006 and it is has been about 8 months since then and so far the valve is working just fine just like a Timex takes a licking and keeps on a ticking HAHA!!! ( just a funny medical worker inside joke there ) But honestly I would like to get one of the shirts if they are still availabe . Wish I had more time to chat and post but gotta get back to work now and make that big money !!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the delay... It?s been a really crazy month. My son took a job in Glenwood Springs and we?d been up there for a while looking for him a place to live. The shirt was here when I got home. It?s a beauty! Thanks for sending it, Kris!

The picture will be taken, and the shirt ready to travel this afternoon.

I just loved looking at all the pictures and reading the notes from people who have participated!! What fun!!

I had my soon to be 14 year old daughter take the picture for me. When I was telling her the reason for the photo and the why the shirt was significant..... she said, "well Mom.... it shouldn't be to hard for you.... you've never even got past the Farrah Fawcet hair doo!!" lol
