Yes, MRI cannot be used on someone with a pacemaker.

CT scans are x-ray and they are fine.

Arlyss....thanx! And, yes another bump in the road! I think something is wrong with one of my implants (had double mastectomy), possibly leaking even though the heart surgeon was very careful. He said it was quite a feat but now they need to do a scan. Always somethin'!
