Of course I did...why should I practice what I preach? I was doubling my other BP med dose so I figured it was all good. See, that's what I think. That shock/pinch/squeeze thing was a result of coming off the beta blocker too suddenly. That, or.....since we were in Home Depot and I'd been in the lawn chemical section for 20 minutes watching my husband read every label on the shelf.....it was an allergic type reaction to all the fumes from that aisle of the store (nasty chemicals we put on our lawns, folks...is this the Green way to live anymore??)....OR it was my body screaming boredom....go sit in the car and take a nap!!

Yeh. Next go round I'll wean myself off of them gradually.
