First of all want to apologize for staying under a rock for such a long period of time. Sailing along pretty well but not missing any pot holes along the way.
Nothing serious just staggering in the dark wondering what's next.
Went into my surgery like a well conditioned athlete due to this group (family) of caring and loving individuals. Can't thank each and everyone enough for your kind words, prayers and concern.

Have been in rehab for 5 weeks, it really helps. Come home sore in a different place each trip! I know I'm alive!

Start the Dr. Dean Ornish Diet Program at our local hospital this coming Tuesday. It's a one year program on reversing heart disease.

Fantastic experience at Cleveland Clinic and Dr. Bruce Lytle. Would not have gone there without this groups information and advice. Everything was first class, excellent treatment from everyone that had something to do with me.

Will gladly share my experiences with anyone needing assistance.

Best wishes and love to all!

Fred

I'm glad you wrote to let us know that everything has gone so well for you, and I hope you have great success with your heart disease reversal.

Thanks for posting your update, Fred. Sorry about the pot holes; they seem nearly inevitable for most Valvers. When you're feeling better, maybe you can prepare your "story" for the Story section of the site. Hoping your recovery just gets better and better. Take care and post again and enjoy your springtime:).

I've been wondering about you. I saw you lurking a couple times and then nothing. Congrats and welcome to your new life. Now stop hitting all the pot holes and concentrate on steering around them instead. ;)
