Night Owl////Early Bird
Night Owl////Early Bird
I have always gone to bed after the 1100 PM news (usually set TV on sleep timer to ?listen? to Jay Leno). Alarm goes off at 4:30 AM during the week. Usually up by 8 or 9 AM on week-ends. I might get in several naps in during Saturday and/or Sunday.
We just got back from a trip to Charlotte NC to attend Joe Gibbs Racing Fan Fest. We left here at 4:30 PM Thursday, got to Joe Gibbs Racing at 10 minutes after Midnight Friday. Sat in line for autographs (with several cat naps) until 9 AM when they started giving out wrist bands. Spent the entire day there, and then went out for supper that night with friends who work at Joe Gibbs. We were finally in the hotel room by 9 PM, where we all crashed. Up by 8 AM Saturday and, after hitting several outlet malls, made it home by 11:30 PM Saturday night. Glad I didn?t have to drive.
During my recovery from OHS (and before returning to WORK) it was nothing to be on the computer at 2 or 3 in the morning. Sleep patterns were all screwed up.
May God Bless,
Danny
