That is great news and let him know as crazy as it may sound right now, getting up and walking moving muscles is the key. I went yesterday to the cardiologist and I am 3.5 weeks out of surgery and he told me he would have never known that I had OHS such a short time ago. I get that alot. But I do my walking and excerises and rest when I need to rest well I have to force myself sometimes... But I feel good... Tell him I wish me a speedy recovery.... God Bless
