Okay, so first off I should explain! I was quite "sad and scared" approximately a month or more ago (still am occassionally). I had found this site and posted on it my feelings at the time. Well, I got two private messages in response. I am so internet stupid, even at 29 yrs old, that I didn't realize that actually TWENTY people had responded, just not privately!!! Ha! Ha! So many thanks to all of you for your words of wisdom, encouragement, and compassion!!! I just read them all and got a little teary eyed, in a GOOD way! Funny thing is, until I figured out tonight how to get the replies to my original thread thing, I thought all of you were totally cold and uncaring!!! Ha! Ha! I think my internet illiteracy is actually meant to be because it made me belly laugh at myself certainly for 10 minutes at my dejection that only two people had replied when in all truth more than 20 did! I needed a good laught tonight! There you go, one more reason for my mind and body to get through surgery, so I can gain internet knowledge enough to figure out this stuff so as not to make a donkey's rear out of myself!!! :D

Lichelle...you brought a smile to my face too this morning...:D
what a cute story...
I too was guilty of the same before I figured out how to 'work' forums...
made me feel a bit silly when I finally figured it all out,
Now 3 yrs later I am a 'forum junkie'...
Now we will see more of you wont we!? :D

When you come to us with heart woes, you become family and we don't let anyone go unanswered. Sometimes were a pain in the butt family, but family nonetheless. We've been there and done that. We know what you feel and think. I'm glad to see you've been enlightened, now let the real party begin! :D

Yes,
I remember when I did the same thing.
Now here I am, almost 4000 posts later, and I've figured out this Forum!:D :D
Glad to see you back and posting.
Mary:)

Thanks a bunch again to you all! And you will certainly be seeing more of me now that I've figured this forum "stuff" out! HEE, HEE! :p

And I've got a surgery date for myself! Having the Ross Procedure Sept 19...phew! What a sigh of relief to have a date!

Lichelle:

Yes, the internet, websites & forums is cornfusin' at times, aren't they???

I'm posting some jokes about computer skills under Small Talk. Check them out. They're from my sister -- I was the honor grad, she barely squeaked out of high school, but she's a whiz on the internet & with digital cameras. Geez!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Lichelle - So glad that you came back and found our posts. And congrats on having a surgery date, that really helps. Now you can focus on enjoying and appreciating your life and preparing for the surgery and recovery. Keep us posted!

Love,
Liz
