Bad news had no end, does it?

One of my brothers called me a little while ago. He had gone for some heart tests. He has a mitral valve problem too and they were considering doing surgery.
Three years ago, he had non-hotchkin lymphoma. They did some pretty aggressive chemo and he had been in remission. Well, the cancer is back.So the heart is on the back burner for now. They will try to deal with the lymphoma once again.
He seems to have a pretty positive attitude. He says," I beat it once. I'm going to try to beat it again."
Prayers are greatly appreciated.

Hi Praline-Prayer is powerful and am sending some up for you! His attitude is fabulous and that is a huge part of the battle. My stepdad's leukemia is back too but he says he will beat it back again too. No reason why they both can't lick it again!!! You and your brother are in our prayers...Deb
