I love this picture of my grand-daughter. My son-in-law, career Army, will be heading the ROTC program in Puerto Rico. Mom & dad were in Home Depot getting some materials to fix-up there new apartment. Ellie wanted to help Dad push the cart. We will be with them in Puerto Rico for the next 10 days.

I don't think she could be any cuter. Thank you for sharing. I am jealous that you are in PR. Chris and I want to go there to visit Arecibo, being avid telescope people. We have a couple of large scopes but certainly nothing remotely comparable to Arecibo.

Whatever that means, but it is an old Iowa expression that I find myself saying a lot - funny how you begin to sound like your mother as you get older.

Anyway, she is just adorable - I love her white shoes - I am sure looking at what little girls wear these days - looking forward to next year when I will be clothes shopping for a little one.

Enjoy her! Thank your son-in-law for his service to our country.
