Tom, it's my right arm, and so far the wrist splint is working. But I don't know much about pinched nerves, 'cause I have no idea if this wrist splint is actually helping the nerve, or if it's just stopping my arm and hand from going numb.
Raverlaw, I thought all the numbness was rather strange, that's why I went to see my doctor. It was just happening too often and there was no good reason for it.
But I really really think my body doesn't want me to exercise.
