Hang in there! You have come to the right place for support. You are not a whiner and I agree with the others who have posted already. My doctor told me it can take a year to recover from the OHS, and you have had much more to deal with. It all takes time to recover. Hugs and prayers to you!

I had the aches in the shoulders (more like pain) for about a month or so. Massage works wonders and so do warm blankets (got those from the nurse in the hospital). Best of luck!

I agree that it is best to check with your medical practitioner. There are many possibilities and you don't want to mess around. I know from personal experience. I am on furosemide for fluid retention and edema and it is something the cardiologist wants to know about and monitor. good luck!
