Is using an inversion table contraindicated since I take anti-coagulation? The inversion table manual said to check with physician if taking anti-coagulatnts. Does any one have any experience with inversion therapy?

I don't have any experience with inversion tables, but I can't imagine why anti-coagulants would make a difference. Now, if it was a bed of nails, I could understand!!!

An inversion table makes blood rush to your head and some people, especially if they're on blood thinners may have a risk of brain aneurysms. If you were in that category, no doubt your doctor would have many other restrictions on your behavior.
