Long story Scott, that is part of the reason for the anger/depression. Been to the only docs my insurance will pay for (they were partners in same practice) and of course they agreed with each other. I could pay for a second opinion out of pocket, but all that would be was just an opinion...

I got my second rejection letter from my final appeal on going to the Cleveland Clinic. :( So I got a second opinion from the ONLY one that the insurance will pay for, unfortunately, he is the partner of the 1st guy I went to see, so it was kinda like listening to a parrot!!! He said 5.4cm...
