    Yes.I completely agree Pellicle.. Will be finally back with my pets tomorrow so looking forward to that. The liver story has decided to take over from the heart story now.. Again, another karmic bite from my childhood.. Both the liver and heart problems originated because of dodgy doctor...

    Another first timer getting ready

    Nothing scary about the surgery following the angiogram by a day. I had the same thing 5 weeks ago. The surgery itself is a breeze cos after the first couple of minutes you're away with the fairies. Was my first time too. Good luck Quarry. The old timers on here know best and their advice is...

    That's so good to hear Patrick.. I was back in ICU 2 weeks ago with a racing heart and that knocked the wind outta me..Still in pain so really great to hear you're doing so well.. Long may it continue

    Hahah..i've only JUST read your reply ..Funny.. :} So, now i can join this thread and say i've got a Meditronic bovine 27mm in the Mitral position ( i'm still learning the lingo ) and it is 4 1/2 weeks old.. Had my surgery in India as that's where i'm living at the mo... Surgeon was fantastic...

    I'm living and learning Mister P :} Thanks to you and Superman :} I had the surgery done in Bombay, India ! ( Mumbai). London trained brilliant Surgeon and lovely Anaesthetist. 5 days in ICU.. In hospital 2 days prior to surgery .Angiogram was clear. .12 days total in hospital. Dare I say it...
