Long story, staph infection caused a bicuspid valve to leak, formed an aneurysm and needed a valve replacement back in March of 2000. I went with the homograft due to active lifestyle. Now, 12 years and some change later, the valve has narrowed and I am scheduled for another surgery in December.
God, family, golf, and working out, reading if I have any time as I have 5 kids so that consumes pretty much all of my spare time if I'm not at a school activity.

- AVR, March 14, 2000 Had homo-graft, valve has worn out, heading back in for AVR on December 11.

- Baby aspirin daily, and viatmins

- Middle School principal, former math teacher and coach when I had first surgery
