Diagnosed with Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy with MV Regurgitation in 2000 at the age of 24. The MV regurge got severe sometime in 2006 or 2007. I became increasingly symptomatic, palpitations,light headed fatigue and shortness of breath.

- I had Mitral Valve Replacement Surgery on 5-21-07 at Massachusetts General Hospital. 27mm St. Jude Prosthesis. My Surgeon was Dr. Gus Vlahakes

- Coumadin, Verapamil 360mg,
Norpace 150mg 2xaday, 81mg aspirin
- Occupation
- Full time Health Unit Coordinator at our local hospital. Part time bartender. Part time student for now, eventually going to full time with hopes of becoming a cardiac nurse.
