4) Dec 2009: Diagnosed with Takayasu's Arteritis. CHD attributed to Takayasu's Arteritis
5) June 2014: LIMA Stent found to be re-stenosed (ISR). Repeat PTCA done with new stenting inside the old stent. Moderate AR detected. LVEF = 56%
6) Dec 2015: Fresh symptoms of exertional angina, dizziness, shortness of breath. AR progressed to severe! LVEF reduced to 45%
