Sometimes my dot button doesn't work so use an x instead

This is what my heart rate does mostly daily x shoots up out of nowhere and gives me horrendous palpitations and pains tho I can get bad palpitations even when it's down around 60 x

Ah i see x I've never had any surgery or heart issues x I was relieved to see myvalves were ok but just wondering where do we go now as all symptoms pointed towards that x I just desperately want to feel well again x
