Aortic Valve replacement with 27mm bovine pericardial Edwards Valve - model 3300TFX
Mitral valve repair with approximation of chords to the anterior leaflet of the mitral valve
Left and right sided Maze procedures - afib from 8/11
- Medications
- 2.5 mg Amlodipine 1x/day
3mg - 3.5mg Warfarin 1x/day INR 2-3 ( not for valve but Afib/stroke prevention even although I am in sinus rhythm!)
