Congenital Bicuspid Aortic Valve, or so they tell me 
Only one doctor ever noticed or commented on imperceptible heart murmur until I was late 40's and had a TIA. 5 years after that, started having SOB issues, murmur was worse, doctors found BAV with Echo. Monitoring since then, stenosis gradually got worse, Angio now says window is open to operate.
