- 1st surgery date was March 27, 2012 to repair my valve and replace my ascending aorta with a dacron graft. 2nd surgery date was April 4, 2012 to replace my valve with a On-X 25mm mechanical valve. All work done by Dr.Eric Roselli at Cleveland Clinic
