I was diagnosed with AA aneurysm, mild-moderate aortic valve regurgitation and dilated aortic root in 2006. At the time of my surgery aa aneurysm measured 57mm and aortic root measured 60mm. I had valve sparing aortic root replacement on May 12, 2011 at Mayo Clinic, Rochester; surgery was performed by Dr. Rakesh Suri.
