- Need aortic valve replacement and/or repair for aortic regurgitation caused by trauma to the valve. Also, need ablation of acessory pathway.

- Coreg CR 40 mg 1/day
Altace 10 mg/day
Aldactone 24 mg/day
Amylodipine 5 mg/day

1991 AV nodal reentrant tachycardia. Last attempt perforated Aortic Valve & had a stroke.
Dec. 2010 Successful Aortic Valve REPAIR at St. Mary's/ Mayo Clinic Rochester w/Dr. Hartzell Schaff. EP study w/ablation of two accessory by Dr.Paul Friedman.
February 2013. Aortic valve patch is failing. Now have same amount of aortic regurgitation as before repair. Having St. Jude bi-leaflet mechanical valve and aortic root enlargement 3/18/13. Dr. Kapil Sharma/Mercy General Sacramento
