~1970 - diagnosed with heart murmur; cardiac cath supposedly showed pulmonary branch stenosis; intermitant murmur for 40 years with no issues
~2004 began blood pressure medications
~2006 diagnosed with bicuspid aortic valve & mild aortic valve stenosis; stenosis remained mild-mild/mod at all echoes through 2015
8/14/2016 - collapsed with acute congestive heart failure; symptomatic for ~ 3 months; symptoms missed by multiple doctors/misdiagnosed as asthma; no CAD; TEE on 8/16 showed LEF of 23%, pre-surgery LEF was 35%; 5 days post-AVR LEF was 55%
