Hi:

I haven't made a post in awhile. I guess I have been feeling okay of late, however I just found out that I have reduced kidney function. My glomerular Flitration Rate is low. Which means my kidneys are not putting out enough urine and are starting to shut down. Hopefully not for good. I have a BAV and LVH and was wondering if my cardiac problems may be associated with my sudden reduced kidney function. Has anyone out there had problems with there creatinine levels being high their GFR being low.

I can't answer your questions, Char. Glad to see you. yes, it's been awhile. Sorry for the reason you have come back in, Wishing you all the best with your kidney problem. Hope a reason can be found and FIXED. blessins...........

Yes it can. If not enough blood flow is getting to the kidneys in a sufficient amount, this is exactly what happens. I'm there too!
