OK. I imagine there's no scale to measure the frustration this levels at D&D. My only thoughts of comfort to offer is that I've been there, done that and all I could do to console myself was to believe that the delay meant that there was someone in more need than I.

Take Heart, she's still on call for surgery and at the hospital until she can go home healing.

How terribly frustrating! -- but am praying that it's all for a good reason, and her surgery can go forward successfully now, with no more delays.
