Hi everybody,

You might recall my new cardiologist was on the ball and is evaluating my BAVD problem with followup. Well, today I got the great news that I DO NOT HAVE AN ANEURYSM IN MY HEAD! This is a great load off my mind. :) (Kind of funny the words there, huh?) This is so great. The next step is to scan my Aorta one year post op. Yesterday marked my nineth month after surgery. This is to check on the connective tissue disorder that can go along with the defect. Thanks all
for letting me share my great news.

Huge relief. Congratulations. I'm sure the sun is shining brighter for you today. Enjoy your year without worry! Stay positive!!

That must be an incredible relief for you. All of us on this site know that nothing beats the feeling of getting good news from our doctors. :)

Sounds like you have a top rate cardiologist, too.
