I was at the health food store and noticed that stevia is green. I did know that it came from a green plant or tree of some kind but had kind of forgotten that I was going to ask about it on here. Anyway, I noticed how green it really is. Does anyone know of any information on vitamin k content of stevia. I am interested in using it for my husband who has to watch the sugar intake and so would probably use it myself also instead of making two of everything. We have been using splenda but with all the scary stories about sweeteners I am a leery. I did hear on tv that stevia was safe but need to know about the vitamin k before I use it.
