Jan here, and I need help, first a little about my weight journey
In July 2003 I joined WW and weighed in at 226 pounds I wanted to lose weight for a planned trip to the USA by
July I had lost 42 pound and felt so much better, I continued with WW and by May 2004 had reached my goal weight of 154 pound. a total loss off 72 pound
I styayed within my range until January 2009 ( a few pound on, a few pound off)
since then have gained 17 pounds so am determined to get back to goal.
I have developed so many bad eating habits like eating huge suppers late at night but hope to get back on track with a little help from my friends.
I weighed in on Thursday and was 172 pound that was 1 pound down from the previous week
so am feeling positive
