I've learned one thing over almost 9 years here, someone is always offended by something. They don't have to read of participate if it bothers them.

Ross/Gil/Bina, I think this forum would be the best one for a good 'ol fashioned sex thread like we talked about. What better place than the active lifestyles forum?! And talk about cardio rehab - there's no better activity! It's purely for medicinal purposes of course, so everyone make sure not to get any pleasure out of this thread. Bina already got the party started. And to answer your question - yes... I've been doing some testing (again, purely for medicinal purposes). And while there are still challenges (racing/stronger than normal heart-beat) I am happy to report I am able to make mr. winky happy. Next test will be whether I can perform under pressure (i.e. in the presence of another human). But that's phase II, and hopefully at least a week or two away! Who needs pressure!

I don't have a female to test out that aspect of my recovery. So I have to content with male morning wake up reactions. It has not happened for the first two months after AVR but as my heart got stronger through exercise I would experience an occasional reaction. I am looking forward to experiencing that same frequencies upon waking as when I was a youngster.

Pfft, I can't even run to the end of my chain, let alone bark, without running out of breath first. The Atenolol has killed any hope I may have, so I'm effectively harmless. Gots the desires just fine though. No lacking there at all.

I confirm it works one-way, two ways and likely all ways, we've had OHS and we are not dead yet, but in my case have a little French/latin blood, so maybe an exception once again, darn.
So to sum it up, amongst the males we would, we could, for some if given dire lifesaving circumstances or not and the OHS women champions are saying, "maybe some day", if the mood and setting is just perfect.
just seems to me that some may need a new rehab course on relearning the basics of how to...you're never too old or feeble in my book...should be made as a mandatory physio rehab
