Maybe Ross or Hank could start a secure data base with contact information for those of us who would like to share it. Or at least we could give our info to a trusted member.

I know of 3 member who can contact me. Just a thought.

Tom

We had another member we couldn't find - a few years ago. We heard she had a stroke and that's all we knew. I don't know how, but someone knew how to contact a family member and eventually we knew where she was but that was all. No contact. Finally she came back to us and is with us every day now. Eire Carre will come back when she can but I expect she's in hospital or is moving and her computer is unhooked or something. Or she'd be here. I doubt we have any home address in VR files for Ross or Hank to contact. All our info is in our member files for all to look at. If anyone has any contact of any kind maybe we could follow up. Wonder if anyone has pm'ed her in the past to get acquainted. Bonnie does that with new members sometimes but she's away for the weekend. When she comes back, we will ask her.

Emma - Thanks for trying.

I'm sincerely hoping that everything is ok. I'm new to "virtual communities" but I guess this is one draw back as we're all strangers but friends. I never thought not knowing someones last name in a virtual community could be so frustrating. I like the idea of maybe an optional "private" registry for situations like this.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we hear from Jacqui soon.

I have pm'd her 2x

I have pm'd her 2x

I am hoping that someone will check her email. Can we get her actual email address? Then it wouldn't come up that she has a new pm and it would show up as an actual email. I am very worried about her as well. I hope and pray that we will hear from her eventually.

I have her email address and it gives her surname. She had sent me an email back in November through the system and it gives her actual email address.

I won't publish it here but if anyone wants it privately then contact me.

if you send an email to her, copy this thread to it so she or whoever opens her mail will know we are trying to find her. persevere and we'll find her.

I've sent a message to Jacqui's e-mail (Sue - Thanks for providing) along with a link to this thread. Hopefully she, or someone checking her e-mail, will send word. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my message will find her well.

Hello everyone.......I am soo overwhelmed with gratitude to see that you lovely people have wondered and cared about my well being. I honestly never thought for one second that anyone would notice my absence.

I have been and am still feeling very unwell. I went to the hospital around the time I spoke to you all....I dont even know when that was...Iv lost track of time completely. It feels like it could be 2 days ago, or 2 weeks ago!!!!!! At the hospital the doc said ''Its very unlikely its a clot causing my problems, or I would probably be dead by now'', so off I went home, again. Since then Iv been to my gp several times. Iv pretty much given up any hope of help from the medical system here, and I suppose the honest truth is I am now VERY DEPRESSED. Only thismorning I woke up very sob with chest pain, but there was no point going to the hospital.!!!!My gp gave me valium, so I have been getting through each day in a blur. Sleeping most of the time. I became unable to communicate. Its been an effort just to speak to my kids. I go out to buy groceries once a week, and dont see anyone else in between. I couldnt even come on here....I felt like a burden to you all....and thought when you would see my name come up you would think ''what now''.

I am soo sorry to have caused any concern to you, truly..And I cant tell you
how grateful I am to see that someone thought of me.

My son Thomas had his ct scan last Monday which showed the left side of his heart is enlarged. They said to continue with the beta blocker and not to do ANY activity whatsoever.

Best Wishes to everone, and from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU.

First of all, I am glad to see you are there. However, that blankety-blank hospital should be shut down!! Whether you have a clot or not, you have something which is causing all your symptoms, and no one seems to be dealing with it.

Is there any way your sister can go to Ireland to help you move to England. I can't see how you are going to have the strength, especially since your son has to be careful too.

Hi Adrienne, yes my sister is coming over on the Saturday and we are going Monday morning. She will drive my car. We are going a week earlier now, on the 23rd, and I am counting the days.

I'm sorry to hear about your recent health problems. I would encourage you to talk to your GP about using something other than Valuim. Valuim is a depressant and will make you more depressed. There are lots of good anti-depressant medicines out there.

And this site is a great anti-depressant! :) So keep checking in with us. Maybe we can lift your spirits a bit, too! As you can tell, there are lots of people on this site that truly care about you and want to help.

I'm thinking that we should start a joke/humor thread just to keep everyone's spirits laughing. Of course, we would need to continue the great jovial posts to other threads, as well.

I hope things start to turn around for you, Eire Cara. :)

Jacqui,
I am so glad to hear you are ok!...and that you are moving soon. I look forward to hearing you and your kids are settled in your new home and getting better healthcare.

Jacqui-

So glad to see your post. It's terrible that you are still suffering so, but the move will help you I am sure.

Don't be a stranger now, you hear?? We worry!

Jacqui - so glad to hear from you - all the best with your move and I really hope you find some good doctors in England that will be able to treat your condition with the care and attention that you deserve - Jeanne

Hi Jacqui -

Glad to hear from you. Sorry things are so difficult for you but hopefully they'll get better with a fresh start and when you are nearer to your family. Do you have copies of your test results and your son's? That might make some things easier for you both when you see new doctors. Take care and post again.
