They've heard the word aorta, so the word 'aortic' HAS to mean heart, doesn't it?

I thought from the British press he had suffered a Type A dissection up into the Arch. In this case they would have had to put him into deep hypothermic circulatory arrest to repair sadly paralysis is one of the severe complications especially in an emergency situation like his.
