I can't open the link at work, so I could be totally off track, but I assume this is Susan Boyle from the British version of American Idol? There was a guy on the same show in 2007 - Paul Potts - who was a non-working car phone salesman, who blew them away with opera. Too bad that we place so much value on outside appearance that we often miss the beautiful parts.
