I drink about 3 to 5 cups of green tea per day. I have not noticed any change in my INR. If it is moving my number a little, the point becomes moot, as I dose my diet, so to speak. I eat lots of salad every day and and never worry about the amount of vitamin K in my foods. I home test weekly, adjusting my warfarin slighthly when needed and am in range over 90% of the time.

I don't think tea will usually have enough vitamin K to make much of a difference for a person, but the best policy is to test frequently, especially early on, and know thyself. Over time, if something is moving your INR, with enough feedback you should be able to figure out which factors affect it.

As per caffeine i take 4 Espressos a day typical Cuban Diet; Green Tea is the evening hot drink and i take 1 every evening; sometimes 2 IF the Canadian cold gets to my Habana bones; Test mostly weekly, at times every 10 days.
