I run an ongoing Google news search for "aortic valve" and they sent me notice that you can watch OR-Live while surgeons from University Hospitals Case Medical Center perform an Aortic Root Replacement with replacement of the ascending aorta and hemi-arch under circulatory arrest.

The original notice was at MarketWatch.com and looks like a marketing press release:
"The procedure will utilize a unique pig valve prosthesis that can be made patient-specific when repairing the damaged aortic valve. Dr. Markowitz explains, "In my opinion, this is the best prosthetic valve we've ever had available for human implantation in the aortic position, primarily because we can cut and shape this to anyone's architecture."

Probably not for the squeamish.
