Urologist just put me on Flomax telling me that it would not interact with coumadin. I read on line from several sources that the two may interact in a variety of ways. Where's the reality?

There are no interactions listed between the two drugs.

I've never seen a problem with the combo. Detrol (similar use as Flomax) my have some problems.
