not a bad article and it stood out to me that diets in the USA must have a paucity of Vitamin K (greens) in them for them to specify things like supplements in the diet. However if you're on warfarin please don't use "that" as an excuse to not eat well.

However if there is still people out there who are following some outdated and unsubstantiated idea that they should avoid greens because they are on warfarin, please do return to a good diet including such greens as broccoli, spinach, leafy salads ... especially if you even think you might be "pre-diabetic"
