Tech support please help

@Angie I keep getting messages asking me to confirm my email address. I do so but still the messages come and I was unable to post messages on forum. In exasperation I changed my email address to another one that I have so I could post messages and then another message came asking me to confirm my previous email address. I don't want this to start all over again. Please advise what is going on.

I see what the issue is. I have to get something added to the software to make sure it does not happen again. For now it works and if you could leave your current email, all should work.
