Supplements to take while on warfarin

can I ask , what are some of the supplements that other forum members are taking while on warfarin?
I was taking omega 3 fish oil, coq10, magnesium, B complex, niacin and vitamin c...although I haven't taken them since the valve replacement surgery.

Vitamin K2, if it doesn't interfere with warfarin and if warfarin doesn't interfere with it. I am never sure. In any event, it might help slow down the arterial calcification that warfarin seems to cause.

Oh, and Kyolic aged garlic extract might be worth looking into, for the same reason.
