Hi, all,
It has been a long time since I've been on the boards here! Many of you on Facebook may have seen that I was walking in the Rose Parade with the Union Bank/AHA float. I didn't mention it earlier because I was an alternate until this past week. I want to share that I was thinking of all of you as I walked yesterday. Your love and support has gotten me through valve surgery and all the ensuing "cardiac adventures" since.
BTW: I need to toot this horn: the float ahead of us fro Downey, CA (where I'm from) was absolutely amazing. My sister-in-law is the President of the Downey Rose Float Association.
I hope you all are having a wonderful 2016. See you soon on the boards! (Need to argue with my BFGC some more).
