Replacement valve failing, why?

Sorry to hear about this, it must be very upsetting. I'd be interested to know the valve choice that is failing so soon. Typically (and there are many factors to be considered here as others have mentioned), a pressure gradient in excess of 40 represents the transition from moderate to severe stenosis, and if symptoms are present, is often a trigger for discussions on surgical options.

to late simon had replacement surgery 2-14-13 drs said it was leaking to much to trust have bovine valve now but thanks for your words of encouragement
