I am new here today but have been diagnosed with some MODERATE regurgitation or separation of Aorta for several years. I just switched over to Veterans Admin for Cardiology for a new look at my condition. They did a complete echo with contrast and then i was in for Pacemaker battery replacement. Cardiologist said you are a candidate for valve replacement at some point so suggest we do catherization along with pacer change and I agreed.
Probably a few days before I see the cardiologist but here is the notes in my electronic record and would like some comments on what this all means in health of valve:
Stenosis Details Segment Stenosis Length Characteristics and Comments Proximal LAD 30% some tortuosity and ectasia, not likely significant
