Percutaneous Valve Replacements?

Will they be done in Cath Lab by Interventionalist Cardios or by CT surgeons in OR?

right now, its kind of both and alot are being done in hybrid suites

I know that my cardio who is at the Montreal Heart Institute did one a few years ago along with a CT surgeon. I don't know whether they were in a cath lab or an operating room.

Thanks for the responses.
Seems there is some vagueness about who will be doing these replacements. Perhaps it will be both surgeons and interventionalists?
