It looks interesting. The "plumbing" aspect of it always seems relatively straight forward but the difficult part seems working on the arch area while keeping the flow to the brain. I also imagine the devil is in the details. Looking at that image I don't think that would work if the root needed replacement unless there were leads for he coronaries also.
