Sorry this is late! It's been a very busy week. I hope you all were busy too -- movin' and groovin'!

Since I'm posting this late, I'm going to report everything from last Friday through today, Sunday.

I'll go first:

Belly-dance: two hours of teaching daily for 5 days.
Jumping lessons: 1
Lunging and hacking baby horse: 2
Marathon school horse hoof-picking session: 1
Major bath for mud-encrusted horses: 2

Notice that you can count bathing large animals. I also think that, for the purpose of exertion, cat baths should count. Double. Also, twin toddlers, if you do them simultaneously.

I am reporting as a matter of form since I have been pretty stationary
this week. I need to come stay with you awhile,PGM. You could put
me to work in the stables;)
This week: I took 2- 1 hour walks
Did 3-15 min. rounds of my exercise routine.

And thats all:eek:

Hope everyone else did better and had a good week

I think the winter storms zapped many of us.

I have been walking Superdawg for at least short distances almost every day (even 30 degree F days with 30 mph winds), and yesterday did a long walk at a local park. Feel the soreness today, but it is a good soreness. :)

Beautiful sunny day today --- hopefully the designated groundhog in PA was wrong and spring is around the corner.

Not a lot to report but two hours of pilates and only 45 minutes walking. I too hope the groundhog is wrong although we don't have it nearly as bad as some it's too cold for me.
