Hi All,
For those of you who have had valve replacement (specifically aortic), I'm curious how your valves have done over time. I had my 2nd AVR 7.5 years ago at the age of 26. From the very beginning, I had mild stenosis with a valve pressure of 15mmHg. Now 7.5 years later I have moderate stenosis with a valve pressure of 27mmHg. Severe stenosis starts at 40+. My cardiologist says it varies quite significantly in terms of how long these valves last. I'm wondering if anyone can share what their valve replacement journey has looked like? The other indicators I am aware of are good. Good BP (115/70, RHR 55), good cholesterol (total ~ 128), very low CRP, good ejection fraction, etc...
