Hey, I just mapped out last weeks miles and we made it to Seattle with 3 miles to spare! Now, shall we head south to sunny California?????

I've been a slug lately, but if I count the walks in the morning with the dogs and 2 runs this week, that will add up to 11 miles for the week.

We're still getting into the 80s and 90s. Come on Fall, get here and let me run in some cool temps.

Temp's still in the 90's, today finally in the 80's.
I never ride till 1 hour before sunset, it's too hot!
I'll looking forward to cooler temp's soon.

19.0 miles walking this week. Lost a day to this week's tally due to attending an antique toy train convention in York, PA. I don't count walking around the convention floor and grounds, only actual walking done for exercise.
