mileage throwdown 3-20-09

Hey everyone, well I'm trying to get back to life after a really bad month.
My daughter keeps saying go ride your bike, go ride, go ride!
So I went out yesterday for the first time in a month or so.
It was really nice and I'm going to get back to riding.
So, 10 miles for me this week. Debbie

I did my target 28 miles of walking this week.

So, the first day of spring and I'm still on the treadmill! 15 miles for me this week.....warm weather can't come soon enough!

Alright. I'll start posting mileage again for a while while I now recover from back surgery on 3/9. I walked a total of 5 miles and have been doing very light, careful core exercises. Weird thing is I can do pushups with no problem. Walking bothers me but I discovered I can go about 75% on an elliptical so next week that's where I plan to do my mileage.
