Rode Sat.- 25 miles My bike race Palm Springs
Tues.- 10 miles
Thurs- 12 miles

Total 47 miles YEA!

Hey Debbie, you're doing GREAT!

Got my regular 3 miles a day in 47 minutes plus the 700 arm exercise while walking. One day on the treadmill and the remaining 6 days outside.
It almost reached 70 here Thursday but know it's not as nice as Palm Springs!

Hey Debbie,
I was only able to get 15 miles in this week walking, but on the up side I have lost 10 pounds since I seriously started the walking. I will keep at it. I want to be able to stick my tongue out at my cardiologist come July when I have my 1 year check-up.

Congratulation to you mileage champs! I did 25 miles walking this past week...which ain't bad for wintertime. This morning the wind was really whipping at me and the dog during our 2 mile morning walk. The temperature was 26 and the wind chill was 13 degrees!

Jim, you are brave!! I would'nt go out in that kind of cold
In So. Cal we think it's cold at 50 out. I won't ride my bike unless it's in the 60's better yet in the 70's Take care Debbie
