Hey, where is everyone???

Has everyone decided not to exercise now that
Thanksgiving and Christmas is here? I guess we can
just eat our way through holidays and play catch up
in Jan. :D :D

Well not me, I'm doing my first sprint-tri with my daughter
in two weeks from now and I have spinning my butt off!
My legs need alot of work to get ready for this.
The weather has been perfect out here, 78 degrees today and
I rode 13 miles today, what a perfect day today!

Don't know how much I rode this week, but I think it is
about 35-40 miles. Lets here from everyone else, how is
everyone doing??? Debbie :)

Debbie :)

Hey Debbie,
Yep, I've been busy with a turkey and ham throw down. Thus, I've done little in the way of exercise but your post has motivated me to get off my butt. Today is going to be nice at 52 degrees F, so I'll hit the track at lunch and see if I can do a few miles. Thanks to you and Jim for the motivation!

Hey John, did you get off your butt?? :D:D

How far did you go today?

I just got back from a 11 mile bike ride.

I only have 4 more rides before my race.

Take care Debbie :)

Debbie~

Yeah, thanks to you I got off my butt yesterday and jogged 3-miles at the track and commuted 2 miles to work on my bike. But today I just commuted with no other exercise.

We will probably get snow tonight so I may have a list of excuses that I will use at the end of the week. Until then:

Na- Na- Na- Boo- Boo,

John

Sorry my post is late. Been busy hosting in-laws for the last week. All my rides but one were on the rollers and those are lower mileage/higher intensity rides. But, total mileage logged on my computer was 71 miles.

Jim - 26 miles walking is a LOT of walking. Good job!

Debbie - I''m jealous of your weather. I rode 38 today and the temp was 40 when I finished. BTW, spinning can be an awesome workout!
